Yuri Dantas - Head of Customer Excellence

Yuri leads the customer experience team of Nubank. Working in the company for more than five years, he started as a customer relations analyst and currently leads Nubank’s largest team, which is in charge of direct contact with our customers. Yuri graduated in Production Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Sergipe, and, before Nubank, worked at companies such as Energisa and Votorantim Group.
