Gabriel de Matos Bastos - UX Researcher at Nubank

Gabriel de Matos Bastos is responsible for research in credit card limit experience, helping Nubank to provide services that make a difference in the lives of our customers. He has a degree in Industrial Design from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) and Arizona State University (ASU), and post degree in Service Design from Pontificia Universidade Catolica (PUC-Rio). Gabriel has extensive experience working with quantitative data. Before joining Nubank, in 2021, he has worked in companies such as Globo and Zerezes. He tries to be a tennis player in spare time.
