Lucas is a product designer at Nubank where he builds products and teams that are obsessed about making customers happier. He believes good design must not stand in the way of people's goals, and that great products are a consequence of focusing on the right problems. Lucas is currently leading the Credit Card design team. Outside work, he prefers films over tv series, tea over coffee and fiction over technical books.
