Nubank was born to fight the complexity of the financial system and help people regain control over their money. In nearly 9 years of existence, we have already received several recognitions that we are on the right path. And Forbes, one of the most respected business publications in the world, has just given us another one:
Nubank was featured on Forbes’ World’s Best Banks 2022 and was elected the best bank in Brazil.
This is the fourth consecutive edition that we have appeared on the list. Since 2019, Forbes’ annual ranking has highlighted Nu’s fight against the bureaucracy of the banking system – first in Brazil, and now, with our international expansion, also in Mexico and Colombia.
The Forbes World’s Best Banks ranking
Published annually, Forbes’ World’s Best Banks list analyzes financial institutions across the globe.
Over 45,000 people from 27 countries were heard to compile the list. During the survey, they were asked to rate financial institutions in which they had an account according to some criteria:
- Trust;
- Terms;
- Customer service;
- Digital services;
- Financial advice.
“Being featured in the Forbes ranking once again is a tremendous pride precisely because it comes from our customers. It is proof that putting them at the center of everything we do, from product development to excellent service, has a real impact on people’s lives.”
David Vélez, CEO and co-founder of Nubank
To our over 50 million customers: thank you very much for this recognition!
